Raymond mill is a commonly used industrial grinding equipment, also known as Raymond mill. It is suitable for the preparation of various mineral powders and coal powders, such as fine powder processing of raw materials, gypsum ore, coal and other materials. Users often encounter some faults or minor problems during production and use, such as how to deal with too much dust at the feed inlet of the equipment. Xingaonai will analyze the reasons and solutions for the dust at the feed inlet of the Raymond mill.
1. Reasons for the dust at the feed inlet of the Raymond mill:
1. When the humidity of the material processed by the Raymond mill is too high, the material is prone to paste during the grinding process, and the feeder is prone to blockage, resulting in increased ventilation resistance and dust.
2. In order to reduce the dust caused by the leakage of the Raymond mill, the operator took a shortcut and sprinkled water at the entrance, thereby increasing the ventilation resistance and causing serious dust.
3. The dust collector used in the equipment has a small filtration area and insufficient exhaust volume. This phenomenon causes the dust cover of the feed inlet and the grinding chamber to form a certain micro-negative pressure, which is easy to cause large dust.
2. Solution:
1. Use a good dust collector with good air permeability and pat it once a day.
2. Check whether there is air leakage at the pipe connection of the equipment.
3. Check whether the damper is closed. If the damper is closed, the air volume will not circulate, causing powder to spray out of the feed port, thus forming dust accumulation at the feed port.
