(4) Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors should fill in the "Exhibition Application Contract Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and send it by email or to the organizing committee of the conference. The scanned copy also has the legal effect of the contract. Exhibition fees must be transferred to the account designated by the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;

2. Booths, advertisements, etc. shall be uniformly arranged by the organizing committee. 鈥淎pply first, pay first, arrange first; eliminate all counterfeit products and prevent all infringing companies from participating in the exhibition;

3. The enterprise shall pay the exhibition fee to the account designated by the organizing committee within 3 working days after registration.
