Only after the salary increase to 50,000 yuan will you find that the so-called strong work ability is actually only 5 points.
1 When accepting a job, only ask about the standard.
Before accepting the work assigned by the leader, you must clarify the delivery standard. Specifically, it is to figure out what effect the leader hopes to achieve with this work. Here you can use the SMART formula to ensure that the goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-limited.
2 When asking for instructions, you must bring a plan.
When you encounter problems at work, don"t rush to seek solutions from your leader, but prepare at least two plans yourself. To do this, you can use the RIDE persuasion model to persuade the leader to support you. R stands for risk, that is, the current dilemma; I stands for interest, that is, introducing common interests; D stands for difference, that is, the difference between plan A and plan B; E stands for influence, appropriately reflecting some shortcomings.
3 Report work and highlight results
When reporting work to the leader, highlight the results. You can use the PREP reporting model to improve the reporting effect. P stands for conclusion first, that is, give the conclusion right away and hit the point directly; R stands for reason again, that is, state the reason and give a convincing basis; E stands for examples, preferably an example; P stands for restating the conclusion, returning the divergent thinking to the conclusion and strengthening the point of view.
4 Share work and elaborate on the process
When the leader asks you to share your experience with the team, you must conduct a multi-dimensional analysis and not talk about it in general. You can use the 5W2H rule to conduct business/product analysis. Think from 7 dimensions, namely product background, target population, expected goals, usage scenarios, demand nodes, how to verify and how many resources to use.
5 Review work and summarize SOP
After the work is completed, it is very important to review and summarize. You can use the GRAI rule to review the work. G stands for reviewing the goal, R stands for evaluation results, direction calibration and data verification; A stands for analyzing the reasons for success/failure, including surface and deep reasons, as well as contingency and necessity; I stands for summarizing the regularity methodology.
Career development cannot simply be about repetitive work at a low level. You need to learn to use proven methodologies and SOPs (standard operating procedures). Improving your thinking ability is more important than working hard.
